Called with all upcoming update requirements for Tap to Pay on Android.

The SDK calls this if there are required updates for the device during or after reader connection.

Each TapToPayUpdateRequirement is advisory: use it to surface a non-blocking warning to schedule device updates. It does not install an update, change the reader connection state, or block payment acceptance.
